Ways We Can Work Together

  • I specialize in working with infants and young children (ages 0–5) and their caregivers during the earliest and most formative stages of development. This work is relationship-based and centers the parent–child connection, with attention to how stress, early experience, and nervous system regulation shape behavior and attachment.

    This work may include:

    • Understanding big feelings, meltdowns, withdrawal, or sensory sensitivities

    • Supporting co-regulation and emotional development

    • Strengthening the caregiver–child relationship

    • Making sense of how stress or early experiences show up in behavior

    • Helping caregivers feel more confident, supported, and less alone

  • I work with adults navigating anxiety, relational stress, identity shifts, and the lasting impact of early experiences. Many people come in feeling stuck in familiar patterns or overwhelmed by emotional reactions they don’t fully understand.

    This work may focus on:

    • Patterns rooted in early relationships

    • Emotional regulation and reactivity

    • Relational dynamics and boundaries

    • Making sense of how the past shows up in the present

  • Family therapy offers space to understand how patterns operate within the system, how stress moves between people, and how new ways of relating can be built together.

Often helpful when families are experiencing:

    • Cycles of conflict or disconnection

    • Transitions, stress, or rupture

    • Communication breakdowns

    • A need for greater safety and flexibility

  • Parent consultation is a collaborative space to slow things down and think together about questions related to your child’s behavior, development, regulation, or relational dynamics.

    Consultation may include:

    • Making sense of what your child is communicating

    • Supporting caregiver regulation and confidence

    • Reflecting on patterns without entering formal therapy

    • Short-term or ongoing support

Beginning Therapy or Consultation

Parent Support & Consultation

Parent consultation is offered directly with me and is separate from therapy services. These sessions are designed to support parents and caregivers in thinking through questions related to their child’s behavior, development, regulation, or relational dynamics.

Consultation can be short-term or ongoing and is often helpful when parents want guidance or reflection without entering formal therapy. This work is collaborative, thoughtful, and tailored to the specific questions you’re navigating.

Two adults are sitting next to her, one man on the left holding a phone and the woman on the right eating. The table is covered with colorful party tablecloth, cupcakes, and party favors.
