Trauma-informed therapy specializing in early childhood and family systems.
Grounded in early development, attachment, and relational work.
Hi, I’m Alex.
My background is in infant and early relational health and family systems work, which deeply shapes how I understand emotional development across the lifespan.
My training and clinical experience have centered on infancy, early childhood, and the parent–child relationship, where development and relationship are inseparable. This perspective also informs my work with parents and adults who want to better understand themselves, their reactions, and the patterns that repeat in their relationships. I’ve seen again and again that behavior—at any age—makes more sense when we understand the relational and developmental context it comes from.
I’m especially drawn to moments when things feel intense, confusing, or stuck—because those moments often hold important information about stress, history, and unmet needs.
My style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I believe therapy works best when people feel truly seen and have enough safety and support to explore what’s been hard to name or make sense of on their own.
Before joining private practice, I worked in community-based settings supporting families navigating trauma, reunification, and complex systems. That experience continues to inform my belief that growth happens in the context of relationship, care, and respect for where people have been.
